RCD-48 w/Horizontal Stain Wipe

Dubois produces stain wipe machines used to level and remove excess stain from the substrate. Stain wipe machines are available with various brush materials, with a vacuum conveyor, and with a brush cleaning station.

Roll Laminator

Dubois manufactures heavy duty roll laminators.  These laminators can be custom made for unique applications.  Dubois has produced roll laminators for product up to 12' wide.

Embossing Station

Dubois manufactures a heavy duty roll embosser with digital readout on height adjustment for precise control. Embosser available with a live roll or belt conveyor to transport substrate through machine. Machines available with hydraulic power unit to provide roll pressure.

Automatic Viscosity Controller

The Dubois Automatic Viscosity Controller is designed to maintain the viscosity the coating on your finish line. The unit automatically tests the viscosity of the coating and adds either solvent or water as required. The unit is supplied as a complete assembly, ready to use after making a single air connection and is designed for simplicity in cleaning and making coating changes.
