Dubois Equipment produces a complete line of 3-dimensional UV ovens. The Dubois 3-D UV Oven is the result of designing a machine from the ground up to properly cure three-dimensional substrate. By providing both equal dose and peak intensity to all surfaces of the substrate, the most efficient cure is obtained. This breakthrough design provides for lower coating cost, lower energy consumption, improved coating performance, and elimination of safety issues due to uncured edges. This proven technology has greatly enhanced the energy efficiency, safety, and overall performance of UV coating systems.

UV Ovens Printable Brochure Dubois manufactures UV ovens with the proper number of lamps, lamp length, lamp wattage, ballast type, and reflector shape to meet your curing requirements. UV Ovens available with elliptical or parabolic reflectors, mercury, gallium, or iron doped lamps, and variable or fixed ballasts. Dubois uses filtered cooling air to keep your lamps and reflectors cleaner than our competitors ovens.

IR Ovens Printable Brochure Dubois manufactures IR ovens with quartz lamps or infra-red heaters. IR ovens commonly used for pre-heating the substrate or curing finish on the surface of the substrate.

HV Ovens

Dubois High Velocity Ovens are designed to meet the parameters required to cure your coatings. The first stage is typically a low heat flash section followed by a high temperature section. The oven length is determined by the line speed and curing time. Ovens available with either propane, natural gas, or electric air heaters and can be equipped with steam coils or UV lamps.
