Cooling Tunnel

Our cooling tunnels are designed to cool product before it is packaged off of the end of the line. The cooling tunnel length is determined by the line speed, substrate type, and cooling requirements.

Insulated enclosure with access doors
Air plenum with nozzles to provide high velocity air
Automatic air temperature control
Air handler and condenser units
Belt conveyor

Options:

Variable speed conveyor drive
Variable speed air velocity control
Air handler only for ambient air cooling with ability to add condenser in the future
Live roll conveyor
