Doctor Roll Temperature Control Unit – 3 or More Heads

The Dubois doctor roll temperature control system automatically heats or cools water that is circulated through the doctor rolls of multiple roll coaters placed in a single line. The unit will automatically maintain a desired water temperature for multiple coater heads. By regulating the temperature of the doctor roll, the coating in the nip can be precisely controlled.
