Our Wire Brush Distressing Machines are produced with two heads.  The first head includes a wire brush rotating in the same direction as the travel of the product.  The second head includes an abrasive nylon brush rotating in the opposite direction as the travel of the product.

  • Nip hold-down rolls
  • Available in belt widths from 12" to 60"
  • Wire brush with choice of wire diameter and wire length
  • Abrasive nylon brush with choice of bristle grit and trim length 
Options:
  • Cleaning brush located on the outfeed of the machine
  • Variable speed conveyor drive
Primary uses:
  • Removal of soft wood (summer growth) from the surface of the product to provide an aged look and added grain texture
