Three Station Differential Coater
The three station coater shown was specifically designed to fit in the same space as our standard single station roll coaters. By replacing your existing single station coater with this three station coater, you are able to add two more coaters to your existing line without increasing the overall line length. Based on this new design, Dubois now offers a Narrow Differential Roll Coater that consists of a 36 inches long belt or roll conveyor complete with casters to allow the coater to easily roll in and out of your line.

Combination Differential Coater
Dual application rollers achieve a two step process in one production run. Apply sealer or top coat with the first roll, wipe and smooth with the second. Both rolls adjust easily between runs to accommodate substrate materials of various thickness.
