As you know, we contracted the Italian supplier in this country, but they were unable to assist us. We were told that we would have to wait until June when someone from the factory in Italy could be in the USA. Obviously, our production lines cannot be shut-down till June. It appears that the promises of trained people and spare parts in this country just disappeared. We know that you could have said, “Sorry, not our equipment,” but instead you jumped into your plane and were here the next morning to help us out.”
